Michael Jackson Tribute

He was a really talented person, so I am featuring him today.

Michael Jackson died of "cardiac arrest" on Thursday, June 25, 2009. The real cause of death is unknown and an autopsy is taking place today. I like to listen to his music whill I study for tests, and he was set to do a 50 concert run in London (O2 arena) in July. Some people say that he died b/c he was working to hard on the tour. Whatever the reason, it's really really sad. So, here's my Mini Michael Tribute.

Red pillows, Red Pictures

Today I sewed some pillows for my dollhouse! They are maroon with gold trim. I think they look really good in the living room! ^_^

Also, I tried to take a picture of my kitchen cabinet, and instead of taking a normal picture, it turned out red! This hasn't ever happened to the camera before. It was strange! The next time I took a picture, however, it was normal. Weird?!?!?!?!?!

NEW DOLLHOUSE THINGS!!!!!!! YEAH!!!!!!

Today all the dollhouse stuff @ HobbyLobby (yes I SHOP THERE) was 50 % off!!!!!!!!!!! So I got some cute new furniture and a little tea set for my birthday, and some tiny little silver dishes and a minature painting. In case you don't know about my dollhouse, I recieved my Dollhouse for Christmas 2007, as just a kit in a box. My dad helped me with the main body of the house, but I have built everything else myself (other than the main body!) My dollhouse is a Victorian Farmhouse Jr. with 7 rooms. So far I have wallpapered, and put in the stairs. Lately I have been working on furnishing my house, and I really like it so far. I haven't shingeled the roof yet, so if any one has any tips about shingeling a dollhouse roof, PLEASE HELP!!!!! We have already dyed the shingles.
The white cake I made myself with some lids to things like Milk Gallons, and I painted them white. The pink trim is just foam (like the kind you buy @ a craft store). I used some scissors with edges to cut out some designs to look like frosting. It was intended actually to be a wedding cake. ^_^

Talents

So today I realized you can't have a blog without having some sort of talent, or something to show on the blog. Who wants to read about someone's random life? It has no point. And then it struck me that I HAVE NO TALENT!!!!!!!! Unless you count making those little face things: O_o <_> ^_^ O^O And who cares about those??????

Anyways,

A couple days ago My family visited a place where there were cars painted like Herbie the Lovebug, just up my tacky-ally! I took a picture with this giant rooster(in which there happened to be a big, FAT spider in its mouth.)Reminds me of Johnny Depp (what doesn't?) because he has (or at least He used to have) a giant rooster ( 9 feet tall) in his living room. Along with an Electric Chair, and no, I don't think that chair actually worked.

Speaking of Chairs, We also went to this cool, old antique store with a "turn-of-the-century" Barber Chair that reminded me of Sweeney Todd. And cost $800!

MANGA REVIEW DAY!!!!!! O_o

Today I am going to Review all of the Manga I checked out at the library!!!!!!!!!

1.) Platinum Garden By Maki Fujuta: Overall, an okay story, but I felt like I wanted more "heart-to-heart" moments with Kazura and Mizuki, because deep down Mizuki is a nice person, and he is really cute so I thought that maybe he would treat his future "wife" better. Oh, and I loved the part when Kazura and Kagami meet each other and yell, "Comrades!!" That was cute.

2.) Doubt!! By Kaneyoshi Izumi: This was by far my most favorite manga ever!!!!!! Maybe because Ai reminds me so much of myself (when she's a Jimi! >_<) And I loved the part when So meets Ai!!!!!!! For some reason I always like blonde anime guys!!!!!!!! I loved the part with the creepey guy that was stalking Ai and then So comes to her rescue!!!! And the part about Ai's cheesy poetry!!!! This is the best comedy/romance manga EVER! I can't wait to read number two!

3.) Kodocha # 7 By Miho Obana: This is such a cute series! It's really funny and usualy has the right amount of drama. But sometimes it's over the top dramatic! And I want to pull out that thing Sana uses when she's mad and hit all the characters on top of the head!!!!! But I love Akito, he's one of my favorite manga guys, and Sana is really funny. I didn't like Fuka very much, either... read the books and you'll see why. But Fuka ends up okay in the end. ^_^

4.) Kodocha # 8 By Miho Obana: Okay, the begining of this book was just plain scary! Kazuyuki is CRAZY!!! Everything works out though, and this book almost *almost* made me cry.

I also checked out Saver by Eun-Young Lee and Apothecarius Argentum By Tomomi Yamashita both of which I haven't read yet. Some other manga I have read recently and really liked were:

Hurray New Blog!!!!!

I have unfortunately lost all passwords and email adresses to my other, older blogs because I never used Them!!!!! So I started a new blog, and this time *I hope* I will blog more.

Maybe the reason I didn't Blog very often was because I had literally nothing to say. But I guess I will Find things to say!!!!!!! >_<

Today I set up for a yard sale around my house, and I hope some people come and buy my old crap. I put out a bunch of earrings and books and some old clothes. Well you know what they say... *insert annoying phrase about junk and treasure*

Yesterday I went to the doctor because of my ears, and it turns out I have fluid Behind my ear drums!!!!!!! Yuckky!!!!! So I have to spray that afrin stuff up my nose and pop my ears. Does that qualify me as a Nerd now???? (But Nerd-i-ness can be cute, right?????)

And today... Well today I cleaned some toilets... and watched America's Funniest Home Videos!!!!!
